CANCELLATION POLICY
During the low season deposits will only be refunded if you notify us by 9
am on the day prior to your arrival date ( subject to a 10% cancellation
fee). If notified after this time no refund is applicable.
At all other times a deposit will only be refunded if you notify us at least
30 days prior to your arrival date, ( subject to a 10% cancellation fee).
Between thirty and fourteen days prior to your arrival date a refund will
only be made if the accommadation is
re-let, (subject to a 20% cancellation fee). Less than fourteen days notice
no refund will be made.
We do not refund if you decide to cut short your reservation or holiday.
